Manifesto

Augmented Lean.
Or why your consultants cost you 10× too much.

While half the consulting world talks about AI in meetings, the other half sells audits without implementing.

I run 8 projects from my Mac mini.

Not a figure of speech. It's measurable.

eBrigade, BodyTrack, Rentaplus, LEA.immo, Château de Ravenel, Pulse, La Bourse du Gras, Operis.build — each entity runs with its own customer flow, its own product catalogue, its own marketing campaigns, its own accounting. All managed by a proprietary stack + AI, with zero back-office headcount.

I work 6 hours per week on operational tasks across all projects. The rest runs on its own.

The truth no one tells you.

If your sales team spends 30% of their time on manual qualification, you're burning cash. It's mathematics. 5 salespeople × €50k × 30% = €75,000/year thrown away doing what a LinkedIn Sales Nav + Pappers + Clay workflow would do for €200/month.

If you hired a community manager to publish 3 posts/week, you're burning cash. €35k/year for someone who could deliver 3× more by focusing on strategy while ChatGPT + Postiz handle execution.

If someone on your team re-enters Stripe data into HubSpot or Qonto data into Excel every Monday, you're burning cash. And you're demotivating that person — who is probably overqualified for this kind of task.

The sum of these losses easily amounts to €200k–€500k/year in a 50-person SME.

What makes me different.

I'm not a consultant who talks about AI. I'm an operator who runs 8 companies in parallel thanks to it.

My website — the one you're reading — is generated and deployed automatically via the same stack I propose to build for you. My SEO articles are written by my AI following my prompts. My LinkedIn posts are repurposed from my videos via an ffmpeg pipeline. My inbound prospects are qualified by n8n before I ever see them.

When I invoice you €3,000 for a day, you're paying for the result of 5 years of experimentation on my own business. You're not paying for a PowerPoint deck.

My commitment.

If you buy a Flash Audit and I don't identify at least 3 automatable processes with positive ROI within 6 months, I refund you.

If you buy a Sprint Implementation and the delivered block isn't live within 30 days of delivery, I continue for free until it is.

If we sign a Fractional CAO and after 3 months you feel the ROI isn't there, we stop and I refund the unconsumed months.

That's what the Big 4 don't do.

I charge €3,000/day because my days replace 3 months of back-office hiring.

Do the math.
