Background
For five years, I built and operated my own B2B SaaS — eBrigade, BodyTrack, Rentaplus — bootstrapped, owning the code, the ops and the growth. The constraint of doing it all alone forced me to industrialize every process: acquisition, qualification, support, content, reporting.
From that discipline grew a proprietary platform, Pulse, which today orchestrates 8 projects: automated SEO, AI lead routing, email sequences, social posts, HeyGen videos, invoice reminders — all triggered by cron, webhook or status change.
Since 2025, I've been opening this system to SMEs that want to move from "do everything by hand" to "let everything run". Fractional CAO format: I work part-time, as an augmented operator.
